___________________________________________________________________________ LCRL Youth Group 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday Lutheran Church of the Risen Lord would like to welcome our new Youth Leader Matt Willingham! If you have not already met him please go say hello and introduce yourself. He would like to get many LCRL members involved in the Youth Program. The LCRL youth group meets every Sunday evening starting at 6:00 p.m. for a meal, music and bible study. We are really interested in seeing the youth group grow. If you know any youth in your family or otherwise that would like to come please let us know. The LCRL Youth are in the process of planning Friday night meetings at 6:00 p.m. so be sure to tell all of your friends to come, hang out, and have fun! Upcoming Events ALC Youth Leadership Retreat - June 11-15th at the DD Heart Ranch. Sign up now for 2008-09 Jr. or Sr. High. More info to come. Sign up by May 26th - free to youth who help with fund raising activities.
Each year ALC & LCRL team up to camp at the DD Heart Ranch, where Dubb and Norma Duff generously provide food, facilities and staff. The purpose is to raise up leaders by having them spend time with church and lay leaders and instruct them in the catechism. The 2007 Retreat was on the 1st Article to the Apostle's Creed.
