   The LCRL Food Pantry distributes food to a very large number of individuals. The number of families varies, but the total number of families served in 2004 was 2071. Those 2071 families represent a total of 8525 individuals.

    Until recently, the LCRL Food Pantry was done on a twice monthly basis. Recent changes have been made and the Food Pantry now operates on an “as needed” basis.

     The LCRL Food Pantry is supported by the West Texas Food Bank.

Additional support is provided by LCRL members and Staff, community minded non- LCRL- members, recipients of our food distribution and community service workers. Fund raisers are held periodically and donations are always accepted to help fund the Food Pantry.

    If you, or someone you know, is in need of assistance you can come by the Lutheran Church of the Risen Lord office. Its as simple as filling out 1 sheet of paper work. We also accept donations (both product & monetary) at the same LCRL Office location.
